Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. All orders ship from the UK. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once dispatched.

Shipping Times

UK: Royal Mail Tracked 48h
EU: Tracked (5–10 business days)
Rest of World: Tracked (5–10 business days)

Customs & Duties
Import duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility. Fees are set by local authorities and aren’t covered by Parc Fermé. Customs delays may occur, please respond promptly if contacted.

Customs Details

UK: No customs fees. VAT included.

EU: Shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Un-Paid). Duties, taxes, and handling fees must be paid by the customer. Refused orders may have shipping costs deducted from your refund.

GERMANY:
Orders placed before 15/05/2026: Are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). Duties, import taxes, and customs charges are not included at checkout and you will be charged by local customs on delivery. These must be paid by the customer.

Orders placed from 15/05/2026 (after 12:00): Are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). All duties, taxes, and handling fees are included at checkout and no additional charges will be due on delivery.

USA: Recent tariff changes mean shipments to the U.S. will incur customs duties. Fees are collected at checkout, so your order is delivered directly to you without delays. All U.S. orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) and duties are set by U.S. Customs.
