How long does it take for my order to be processed and shipped?

Processing and shipping times may vary depending on the items you've ordered. We process and ship most collections the first working day after a collection drops. However for pre-sale collections please expect between three to four weeks of production and shipping time from when the store closes.

What is the estimated delivery time for my order?

Delivery times can vary depending on shipping location. Approximate timings below...

UK shipping: 2-3 business days

European shipping: 1-2 weeks

Rest of the World: 1-3 weeks

Can I change the shipping address after I have placed the order?

If you need to change the shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to help, but it may depend on the stage of the shipping process.

How can I track my package and receive updates on delivery status?

Once your package has shipped, you can track it on the Royal Mail website using the tracking number you'll receive via email.

All orders are sent using a Royal Mail Tracked service.

I haven't received a confirmation email?

Sometimes these emails land in the spam/junk folders so please check this first. If you still do not have it then email brand@parcfermeco.com with your order number and we will be able to help locate your tracking details.

My tracking number isn't working?

Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to activate as the number may not be valid until your order is picked up by the courier. If it's still not working, please contact brand@parcfermeco.com with your name and order number.

What happens if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?

Do I need to pay Customs Duties?

Europe
Orders being sent to countries within the EU will be shipped on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis. Orders may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes, and handling charge(s), which may add an additional cost to the price you have paid for your order. These charges will need to be paid by you (the customer) before the order can be released from customs. You should receive the customs invoice via post or email from the courier. Duties and taxes are calculated by your local customs authorities and are out of our control. If refused, Parc Fermé has the right to deduct shipping costs from the original refund amount. 

Rest of World
International orders may be subject to duties and taxes, which are calculated by your local customs authorities. These fees must be paid for by the customer, and if refused, Parc Fermé has the right to deduct shipping costs from the original refund amount.

Returns and Refunds
Please note that Parc Fermé is not liable to refund local custom taxes and duties. In the case of a return for refund, we recommend claiming your tax refund with your local authorities.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

If there is a problem with your order, or if it's just not what you were expecting, please email us within 14 days of the delivery date at brand@parcfermeco.com and we will help you!

Customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs for returns or missed deliveries. Please return the item in its original packaging and unworn within 14 days or the return will not be accepted. As soon as an accepted return arrives, we will refund payment to the original payment method.

do I have to pay for shipping when returning an order?

In most cases, you'll be responsible for the shipping cost when returning a product. However, we may provide free return shipping for certain products or under certain circumstances. Please email brand@parcfermeco.com for hellion this.

are your products ethically made?

Yes, we're committed to ethical manufacturing practices and strive to ensure that all of our products are made under fair and safe working conditions. We work closely with our suppliers to ensure that they meet our ethical standards.

How do your pieces fit?

Our pieces are designed to have a relaxed and oversized fit. Please take a look at our size guide page for help with sizing.

We offer our products from size XS to size XXL.

Why is everything always sold out?

Our collections are often limited edition, so we tend to sell out fast. If you find our store sold out, head to our Instagram @parcferme.brand for updates on new launches and restocks.
