Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight and destination of your order.

All orders are dispatched from the UK. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Any import duties or customs taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not covered by Parc Fermé.

For international orders, we provide a tracked service. Please note that customs delays can occur and are beyond our control. If contacted by customs, please respond promptly to avoid further delays.

United Kingdom
Orders shipped within the UK are not subject to customs duties or import taxes. Standard shipping rates apply at checkout, and all UK orders are subject to VAT, which is included in the price.

Europe
Orders to EU countries are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) and will incur local customs duties, import taxes, and handling charges, which must be paid before release. You will receive the invoice from the courier. Duties and taxes are set by local authorities and are beyond our control. If refused, Parc Fermé may deduct shipping costs from your refund.

Rest of World
International orders outside the EU may also be subject to duties and taxes, calculated by local customs authorities. These fees must be paid by the customer, and if refused, Parc Fermé reserves the right to deduct shipping costs from the original refund amount.

USA Orders
Please note that recent tariff changes mean all shipments to the United States are subject to customs duties, as determined by U.S. Customs. These fees will be collected at checkout, ensuring your order is delivered directly without additional charges or delays. All US orders will be shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) via Royal Mail.

Returns and Refunds
Parc Fermé is not liable for local customs taxes or duties. In the case of a return for a refund, we recommend claiming your tax refund directly with your local authorities.

If there’s an issue with your order, or it’s not quite what you expected, please email us within 14 days of delivery at brand@parcfermeco.com.

Items must be returned unworn, and in their original packaging. Once your return reaches our warehouse, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Initial shipping fees, including those for missed deliveries, are non-refundable.

We’re unable to provide refunds for art prints, as each piece is custom printed on demand exclusively for you.
