Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight and destination of your order.

All orders are dispatched from the UK. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Any import duties or customs taxes are the responsibility of the customer, unless collected at checkout (Germany & USA). These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not covered by Parc Fermé.

For international orders, we provide a tracked service. Please note that customs delays can occur and are beyond our control. If contacted by customs, please respond promptly to avoid further delays.

United Kingdom
No customs fees apply. VAT is included in all prices.

Europe (EU)
Orders to EU countries are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Duties, import taxes, and handling fees are not included at checkout and must be paid by the customer upon import. Refused deliveries may have shipping costs deducted from the refund.
*Germany is an exception to EU policy.

Germany
Orders placed before 15/05/2026: Shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Duties, import taxes, and customs charges are not included at checkout and will be charged by local customs upon delivery. These must be paid by the customer.

Orders placed from 15/05/2026 (after 12:00): Shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). All duties, taxes, and handling fees are included at checkout, and no additional charges will be due on delivery.

United States
All U.S. orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Recent tariff changes mean customs duties are applied and are collected at checkout, ensuring delivery without additional charges or delays.

Rest of World
International orders outside the UK, EU, U.S., and Germany may be subject to duties, taxes, and handling fees, which are set by local customs authorities and must be paid by the customer.

Returns & Refunds
Parc Fermé is not liable for any customs duties or import taxes. In the case of refused or returned orders, original shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount. We recommend customers claim any eligible import tax refunds directly through their local customs authority.

If there’s an issue with your order, or it’s not quite what you expected, please email us within 14 days of delivery at brand@parcfermeco.com.

Items must be returned unworn, and in their original packaging. Once your return reaches our warehouse, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Initial shipping fees, including those for missed deliveries, are non-refundable.

We’re unable to provide refunds for art prints, as each piece is custom printed on demand exclusively for you.
